The Record staff relies upon Catholics from around the Archdiocese of Louisville to share what’s happening in their parishes, schools and Catholic organizations. We write each week about the good work of the people of the archdiocese in feature stories, news stories, calendar listings and news briefs. Our deadline each week is Monday at noon, but news items should be submitted for consideration two weeks in advance, when possible.

Bulletin Board (calendar) announcements:

Brief news items about upcoming events in Catholic parishes, schools and organizations should be submitted two weeks in advance of the desired publication date, when possible. The final deadline for submissions is noon each Monday. Items will be considered for publication, space permitting. Send announcements to record@archlou.org. For more information, call 502-636-0296.

A note about holidays:

Our deadline moves to Friday at noon when Monday is a holiday.

The Record publishes 50 issues a year. We do not publish on the last and first Thursday of each year.
