The Society of St. Vincent de Paul hosted a coat giveaway at the Family Success Center, located on the St. Vincent de Paul’s Smoketown campus, Jan. 14. Individuals were able to browse winter coats, hats and gloves that were provided by Makenzie’s Coat Closet. Makenzie’s Coat Closet was started by Makenzie Smith when she was in second-grade. Smith is now a teenager.
